Drain tips from a pro.

Hi Eric, I am a Master Plumber In the State Of Michigan. In over 3000 drain cleanings only one of those was in the trap, most are in the pop-up linkage/ tub strainer or piping. 98% of tub and lav drians can be plunged open, most are only two -five feet long before they go to a main vented line (red plunger- not the plunger for a toilet)when cabling a tub drain, go through the overflow-it is much easier than the tub shoe.Thanx...Jim- jes001@comcast.net
