I do not know what community you reside, however, if you were to contact your local municipality and ask for local organizations, you will probably discover one of them can help you. In my community we have an parks and recreation organization who is a non-profit tax exempt organization who will come out to look at the trees. They then give you a donation letter, telling you what your trees are worth, which you may take off of your taxes at the end of the year. They then call trees-on-the-move and move the trees to a location which will be beneficial to them. Thereby, the owner has donated their trees, the oganization is able to relocate those trees, rather than having them destroyed. Win - Win situation.
