Donald Trump's reality charm school for Ashley Dupre?

Aside from the fact that Donald Trump wants prostitute Ashley Dupre to star in his new tv show, does this "new idea" of a tv show sound a lot like Monique's Charm School that was featured on VH1?

The still-untitled show, produced by Donald Trump Productions (and referred to in some press reports as “Lady or a Tramp”) was picked up by MTV for eight hour-long episodes. Based on a British show called Ladette to Lady, the show will take a group of 15 hard-partying young women and send them off to a boarding school environment where they’ll learn to become more ladylike.

Is Trump ripping off VH1 and producers Mark Cronin and Cris Abrego with this idea?

Even if the shows have similar concepts the bottom line is how the idea is presented. I'm not that familiar with the VH1 show but there's more than one way to utilize this concept. Sounds like Trump is going to take this reality to the extreme as he likes to do.

Conceived and directed by filmmaker Sue Kramer, "YouVote" leverages the spotlight of the entertainment industry to inspire and encourage Americans to vote in the upcoming presidential election. For the first time ever, actors, filmmakers, producers and directors are joining together in a fully non-partisan and inter-generational effort to encourage voter participation. The three minute video includes over 40 celebrities, including Blake Lively, Anne Hathaway, Tim Daly, Samuel L. This video demonstrates that Hollywood understands voting is not about liberal or conservative, it's about participating in the democratic process and being a proud American," said Sue Kramer, director of the "YouVote" video. Executive Director of The Creative Coalition Robin Bronk added, "We are very pleased to marshal the voices of the entertainment community to encourage voter participation. We are advocates of democracy and want to do our part to encourage every citizen of voting age to be an active participant in this most historical election. The message of the "YouVote" video is simple - to get out and vote." As part of the video, a number of participants recite the following Margaret Mead quote: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." Other contributors share statements, quotes, and personal anecdotes on the importance and privilege of voting. The video was made possible with a grant from Paul Mitchell Hair Systems.
