I actually tried to look for the real thing for you, but could only find information about a Channel necklace that she broke, and a Bulgari one that was so tight it actually left a mark.
But, if you mean the necklace here, there's nothiung simpler in my opinion. Just take the relevan domino plate, and attach a leather thread, and there you have it.
