Hi Jeri. I think most products these days are actually made in any country other than America. You can know for sure if the pet treats you are purchasing are made in America just by checking on the label. Hope this helps.
Thanks....I did look at the label thoroughly and it says "distributed in San Francisco, CA (for MilkBone) and distributed by a co. in Franklin, TN. for the Cesar softies treats"...but that doesn't say they were actually manufactured in the USA. Jeri
