I can't recommend from experience because I never trained a dog. I do know that there are 2 really important things you need to check:

1. That the training is not violent (sounds trivial, but most training methods,especially the fast ones, are violent).

2. That the training is with the owners himself. That way you can learn with the dog how to control him.

I looked in the net and this trainer, sounds good and he trains in Tel Aviv. Good luck!!
