Please don't be afraid to phone your local Sheriff or Humane Society . Abuse is pervasive isn't it ? It not only affects this poor lab but also the humane caring folks that have to view its suffering ...the officers want to know their neighborhoods ... call and then call again and again ..... often there needs to be a history of neglect and lack of cooperation before a permanent solution occurs.

Tell them you want to remain anonymous if possible ...but don't let up..Thank You for Caring!!! Please follow thru !
