I have a 1991 Suzuki Swift GT 1.3L 4cyl. 16valve twin came engine. It has 112,000 miles on it. During cold weather my car is hard to start up. I turn on the engine and then the RPM's drop way down and the car shuts off. I try to start it up again and give it some gas to keep the engine running. Then it stays on but the RPM's keep going up and down like crazy. This goes on for about 20mins then the car works fine all day. It's only during the first start of the day and only during the winter time. I have owned the car for 18 months I just got a brand new die hard battery last winter. I keep up with the oil changes. But I have not done a tune up yet. Could it just need a tune up? I don't know a lot about cars,so any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
