I would not hesitate to report him immediately, you were doing your job and if you turn him in, there will be no reprisals toward you. If, however, you choose to wait until he gets caught through other means, you may very well be brought down with him. The key is to disassociate yourself with him as soon as possible, by that I mean quit. you can do this before or after you report him, just don't let him fire you, or it may look like more of a disgruntled employee case.

You asked this exact question earlier. My answer still stands.

Contact your state's Insurance Commissioner as well as its Medical Licensing Board.

Explain whatever is going on (be sure you can substantiate your claims) and follow their advice or instructions on what to do next.

Don't just keep doing the work while you whine the same question over and over. In other words, 's**t or get off the pot.'

Don't just rock the boat, turn it over, if you're not on it!

I'm like jk go find another job before you report him. You are part of the problem by just doing the act of filing the paper work and knowing about it. You are knowingly committing a crime. You're just as guilty has the doctor. Bless You
