i feel nausious and dizzy, after getting diarrhoea, n my stomach hurts like some ones punching it
For one thing, diarrhea is actually one of the quickest ways to get dehydrated. This could be one reason that you are getting nauseous, but there is no way of knowing for sure, unless you see a doctor. Getting dizzy and having severe stomach pain could be symptoms of many things and it is very important that you get a checkup right away. You cannot mess around with your body.
