i got divorced from my husband in 1962 or 63, can't remember. Divorce was obtained in Mexico but I lived in ny at the time. I need the papers to collect on his social security and don't know how to go about getting them. thank you

first thing is make sure that you can collect against his social security, there may be a chance that you can not. that depends on how long you were married you might need a lawyer to find out if that divorce was legal.
