It can take a few months as this is normal in a divorce case as the attorney must prepair for it then the courts may be backloged so dont try rushing it as it will be final sooner or later. Yes it is a waiting game but the system sees to that it is not walk into court and you are divorced as it takes its good old time. As if all is in order it should fly through.
