Disrespect

What happens when someone gets you sooooooooooooangry you end up spitting on them?  But you didn't mean it , it happened so fast, but I'm paying for it now big time.

You have to live with the consequences of your behavior, and maybe you learned something very valuable here.  All you can do is apologize to the person you spat on but that doesn't mean he/she will want to ever forgive you.  No one wants to be 'friends' with someone who would spit on them.  It's just a disgusting thing to have happen to you.  You need to figure out why such an act is done out of anger.  Perhaps enroll in an anger management class and learn how to deal with your anger in ways that don't alienate others.

When someone gets me so angry I try not to do something foolish that I might regret later. so I just leave the person to take a minute to calm down to clear my anger. when I'm already calm I talk to the person and tell him/her how I felt.

When somone makes you that angry, you should just walk away.  When you spit on someone, you lower yourself.  How dare you spit on someone, with all the diseases and infections out there.  It is the most disgusting thing that one person can do to another person, and you should be ashamed of yourself.  I bet you have lost that friend forever, as well you should.  I would not tolerate anyone spitting on me, ever.  You did it, now you have to live with it.  People should really think about the things they do and they say, because it's like a gun, once you shoot those bullets, you can't go sucking them back in.  You definately need to enroll yourself in some type of anger management class.  I'm not sure an apology could ever clear anything like that up.  I can't be helpful or make you feel better because it was a disgusting thing you did, and it was very disrespectful.

Apologize because deep down inside you know it was wrong doing so might inflate the person to act like the victim. If so then forget it and don't be so hard on yourself chances are they deserved it, especially if now is all about what you did and not about what caused it to happen. Good luck!
