Displaying RSS feed content inside Blogger (Blogspot) sidebar

is it possible, and how, to display the content of an RSS feed in the sidebar of Blogger (blogpost) service?

in wordpress.com they have this widget that you just type in the feed's URL and how many items you want to display. i would like something like that.

the folks at blogger didn't make it that easy. in fact - it's very hard.

you should check out beth's site - it's the only place i saw someone trying to deal with this.

Thanks a lot Ben!

turns out that beside the script some1 did for himself in that blog post comments, i was forwarded to a site called feeddigest.com that provide a code (in JavaScript and PHP) for any feed you have. and after almost a day (cause of feeds problems) i got an rss display in my sidebar.

so thanks again!

I love

Grazr, it's like having a mini RSS reader. Otherwise is to just convert a feed using something like FEED2JS and put the linkroll. There's a list of RSS add-ons here.
