When I am trying to change a display picture on desktop it doesn't work. I go to display properties, desktop, then it won't allow me to click on them. How can I get a new picture without clicking on it? Or how can I fix it?

I think you're using a limited account, are you using your personal computer or the computer in your office, often than not administrator lock such feature to avoid further changes in your system's settings.
