Interesting question. I first have to point out that the website you found this article on,

www.cracked.com, has a byline of 'America's Only Humor & Video Site, Since 1958.' In this case, I have to assume that this article about racist Disney characters was written in jest and there is not much merit to its claims (although some people seem to think it's funny, I don't).
