Disk installation

when notified to put in disk 3, of a Hallmark program installation,  the drive door will not open. I have to reboot the computer for the door to open.  At which point the installation wipes and you have to begin again.  At the same step the same thing happens.

If i understand your problem correctly, try this to remove the disc:

There is a tiny hole next to or near the disc tray on your computer. Straighten out a paper clip, insert it in the hole and push. The tray should then open.
