I work for a major retailer. I have learning disability. This was told to them at the beginning of my employment. Sense I'm in a sales environment, my sales is lower than everyone else, but they want to transfer me to another department. I feel they are squeezing me out of the company to bring in new people. I feel this discriminatory. The company has an ethics phone line, but do not know this will help. What can I do?
