Disability benefits after marriage

I am currently disabled with a terminal illness.  I would like to marry my long time fiance but am afraid I will lose my Social Security benefits or my wife to be will be forced to cover the costs.  What can I do?

Your benefits are based on the fact that you are disabled and cannot work.  You will not lose your benefits simply because you get married.  It has nothing to do with how much money is in the household.  Have a lovely wedding, and I wish you nothing but the best.
