Difficult weight loss for me please help.

hello i am a 25 year hispanic male. i work for the dept of education for nyc and provide executive protection for the schools chancellor. most of my day is driving around. my height is 6' and i weigh 260 lbs. can someone please help me to find the best way to loose about 60 lbs. and my day starts a 7am and some times ends at 9 or 10 pm. please help me. my email is spanishpapi2000@aol.com
