I have an intolerance to eggs and lactose. Please advise an alternative to eggs as a good source of protein. Thanks
Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.
Tofu & Soya Milk are good choices, but many people don't really care for them. How about beef, chicken or fish? 3.5 oz. of Roast Beef has 5 times as much protein as 1 egg. Or peanut butter, if you're not allergic to nuts, too.
Beef, lamb, pork products, poultry, and seafood. The list from Project Weight Loss goes on with skinless chicken breast, skinless turkey breast, lean beef, lean pork, lean lamb, lean veal, liver, rabbit, venison, game hens, and game birds.
