I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

The name of the condition is gastroparesis. It is also know as delayed gastric emptying. The reason it happens to people with diabetes is due to high blood glucose levels. This causes chemical changes in nerves and damages the blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients to the nerves, specifically the vagus nerve.
