How safe is foot massages and reflexology for some person who is a diabetic And also has neuropathy from diabetes, Is it safe for them to get foot massages and or reflexology done on their feet ?

One thing that I strongly recommend is seeing a pedicurist (if you don't already) that has done courses in treating people with diabetes. I do this on a regular basis and has helped to prevent various foot problems connected with diabetes.
