Undertaker,

Yes there is such a thing a borderline diabetic.  That's why one has to watch her/his diet when the doctor tells the person he's borderline diabetic.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

It depends on what type of diabetes you are talking about. I have Type 1 diabetes and in my case being a borderline diabetic is like being borderline pregnant. Either you have it or you don't. Once your pancreas stops functioning you have got diabetes. However if you are asking about Type 2 diabetes, DB Lady is correct.

Borederline means that if you dont take care of your increasing numbers,by dieting and excersize, you will reach a point of no retrurn, and then all you will be able to do is, use controling drugs such as insulin, and or oral med or both, Ther are some people who have beet the race, by finding out what is causing thier high or low blood sugar counts, and with the proper approach got rid of it,but the truth you only have so much time to do this, left untreated, you loose the race, good luck r.j.m
