If he can't support them (and I don't mean $1.98) then he should go to jail and lets see how many kids he can father in there. Either jail or maybe just cut it off for him because it' s clear he doesnt know what to do with it. From the picture he seems to think it;'s a joke having taxpayers support his children. I don't find it funny at all.
