As you've probably found, it's hard to change your thoughts and feelings. But you can change how you spend some of your time each day, and that will lift your mood, and can even take away your experience of loneliness. I ended my own depression for good three years ago, and I explain how you can do the same thing on my website, where I preview my new book on overcoming depression.
