Well if he did not have a CCW carry conceal weapon  , ie handgun, that is a serious offense, Even if he did have a CCSW , most airport post offices and banks your not allowed to bring the gun inside on your person , airport it nshould have been packed in luggage which does not go on carry on. But goes with lugage in the belly of jet.    Next 2nd  amemet the right to baer arms is on malitica , where if the goverment tried to take over the People , The people have a right to protect there county and way of the laws.

There is one state were they honnor the 2nd amendment to protect one self and family and Dont need to have a permit, , that state is Vermont, as long as you are a resident there they state obey and stand by the 2nd amedment and allow all residents in vermont that don't  have a felony record or drug aresst  to carry cocealed gun,.well they you go to and  carry a concealed gun. Every person should have the right to carry conceled had gun. . Why do we have to be at the mercy of some criminal who does not obey the law has a ilegal gun and will decide if you live or die. . Disgusting. 33 states in the USA allow there residents to apply for CCW permit. and these 33 states crime has droped down a good amount. Plus the residnts can walk with out fear about the daily events without fear and know that if they are thraten with serious harm they have the right to Shoot there  attacker or even if put in fear , sometimes the the showing of the gun is enough for attacker to run and if he dont ,. well lets say he won;t hurt anyone else no more. furthmore of lossing life your s or anothers you have the right to use deadly force to protect your self and or person with you who life is being threten with a knife etc. And these 33 states theres been very little fellow shooting s if any over the years, the nay sayers , years back would say oh people will be shooting each other over parking spots and bars etc. well ther been proven worng , CCW works 20 years and it works fine and 33 states proved it and the 2 nd should allow everoney the right as long as there not criminal with felonys( hey ther going to get a gun anyway ilegally thur black market guns come up from central america.) people have  the right to protect themselves.
