Democrats Show How To Turn Around The Economy? Start Here!!

Einstien once said,"The definition of insanity is: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." The following is from an article by Glenn Beck. What do the top ten cities with the highest poverty rate "all" have in common? Answer:Democratic leadership.

Detroit,MI (1st on the poverty rate list) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1961.

Buffalo,NY (2nd) has elected a Republican since 1954.

Cincinnati,OH (3rd) ......since 1984

Cleveland,OH (4th) ....since 1989

Miami,Fl (5th) has NEVER had a Republican mayor

St. Louis,MO (6th) .....since 1949

El Paso,TX (7th)....Has NEVER had a Republican mayor

Milwaukee,WI (8th) ....since 1908

Philadelphia,PA (9th) .....since 1952

Newark,NJ (10th) ....since 1907

Is it the disadvantaged who habitually elect Democrats, yet are still disadvantaged....hmmm...makes you wonder?

This are not made up statistics, just plain facts! The Democrats always promise BIG gains for the low income, poorer parts of our nation when they want to get elected! But, the REALITY is THEY NEVER MAKE IT BETTER! Somehow, it would turn out to be Bush's fault. Maybe, he is really a Democrat!!!

Bravo!!

Has anyone ever considered that the Dems always curry favor with the poor & troubled and they make all sorts of promises (as indicated in the question).

IF they ever carried through with their promises there'd be no other use for them & the massive agencies they've created.

They CAN'T solve the problems! They and thousands of civil service employees would be out of work and....power!

Be Blessed.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity (Love), I am become as a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vauneth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seekth not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth.

And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is (Love) charity.

I agree, that we can't keep doing what we are doing and expect a different result. That is why we need to elect a democrat (Barack Obama). We cannot afford a 3rd Bush term. Bush made lots of promises and look at the mess we are in today. Einstein was right, we should all take note. It's time for a change! Be Blessed.

Tippy, so let me understand you correctly. So, we should not re-elect or elect people who surround themselves with people in positions of advisement, who have known problems in the past? As not to repeat problems that already exist?

I am saying that the Republicans have had their chance to clean of this mess, and look our economy and the war in Iraq. Give someone else a chance. Don't keep doing the same thing and expect different results. Mccain would only be an extension of George Bush.

Be Blessed.

Tippy, do you know which president started the ball rolling downhill on this?

William Jefferson Clinton was the one who loosened credit up so much that the banks found it profitable to make unwise loans.

It's in the book, and you can look it up.

I am SO tired of hearing that McCain will be "Bush 3".

People who say that are either uninformed, foolish or biased.

The only major thing McCain will keep is the Tax Cuts for ALL that are due to expire next year.

He & O-man both are in unison on a 2011 pull out of Iraq.

McCain has gone to great lengths to show differences between he and Bush. But Bush IS the sitting president and prudence and decorum would prevent any politician, who wants help from his party, from being as critical of Bush as he has been, at times, in his role in the senate.
