I am writing to YOU TUBE to see how your program can let the people know how Delta Airlines treat people. I made reservation for the month of August 2008 and paid my bill and was booked for the flight. Something can about and I called Delata Airline and wanted to changed my flight schedule. I had already paid Delta Airlines a substanial amount of money for my flight and I wanted to rearange my schedule to come home eariler.....two days earlier that previous what I had book on the reservation. Would you believe that Delta Airlines wants to charge me $125.00 more dollars to change my flight schedule for coming home two days less than the previous booking. I was told that I could call Delta Airlines and change my flight or cancel my flight within 30 days which is a total lie. The woman told me that my money, if I canceled my flight, would NOT be refuned to my bank or my credit car account, only that they would keep the money and I was told that they would refund my money in thirty days if I canceled my flight. I would mind paying $25.00 more for the change of flight on my schedule I booked before for August 2008. I am on a fix income and I think people should know what a CROOK and dishonest the Delta Airlines is and let people know about thier policy and keeping the money to themselves even though the person will not be flying on Delta Airlines. People should know how they treat individuals, especially keeping one's money and not returning the money if he/she doesn't fly and use thier service within a 30 day period.
