Throw it away, it's just a money making scheme to swindle you out of money. If you entered a contest of this nature, do not send any money, but do contact the prize committee to verify your winnings. If however, you have NOT entered any such contest, disregard the mailing as a scam, and whatever you do, NEVER send any money, whether it's said to be for shipping and handling or to cover taxes on a prize won. If you truely won a contest you entered, there will be no upfront fees, and any taxes due would be through the govt. not the prize committee. And never call any phone numbers that charge by the minute. Anything legit would be toll free.
