If your using windows xp the favorites folder can be found here usually C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Favorites\
It it sometimes Hidden so you have to unhide it in Control Panel>Folder Options>View Tab>
Select Show Hiden Files and Folders.
In the Fvorites folder you can see all the sites you have bookmarked. You can select all you want to delete.
