Yes you can paint stucco walls. When you say store stuffed animals, do you mean as in put them away or to display them? If you want to put them away and preserve them, zip lock bags are great. You can press the air out and seal the bag and they will stay nice and fresh. For display, I have no idea.

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

I've no idea about the stucco.

As far as the stuffed animals, when my kids were little we used a hammock.

We had a full-sized mesh hammock (made by the Mayan Indians of the Yucatan Peninsula) and I hung it from the ceiling in my son's room.

A few stuffed animals made their home on his bed while the rest resided in the hammock.

Oddly enough, the thing my kids remember most is the fun they had tossing the stuffed toys up into the hammock to see how high they could make the pile before the hammock tipped and they all fell out!

If you painted before then you can do it. but if you never did it I think a Painter would be a smart move.

Can you tell if the walls have ever been painted before? If it has not been painted then I would sugest a primer coat first to seal the stucco then paint it.
