Not sure where you can find them ready but if you are a bit crafty, you can purchase wired ribbons at  an arts and crafts store, like Michael's or Jo Ann (or even the arts and crafts session at WallMart. Because they have this thin wire armature, you can shape'm easily and form the bow with a couple of twists. Use them alone or add some small ornaments, also sold in these stores.

If you are not into arts and crafts, the store might be able to refer you to one of their customers, someone in the community that might be able to custom make'm for you.
