Debt Judgements

Question: If a debt collector claims to own a debt and obtains a judgement and continues to ask for payment and the debt is disputed and the debt collector cannot produce paperwork to support the debt, can the judgement be reversed and if so, any idea the process?

Here are some useful links for information on bankruptcy , debt consolidation and getting a free credit report .

I would think that if the debt collector obtains a judgement then the courts would have copies of the paperwork of that judgement so I am not sure how that could be reversed?
