Jackson had a business agreement with Rowe that she was to receive X amount of money to bear him children. Like most of the contracts he entered into, he didn't bother to pay up like he should have so actually, those contracts are void (legally) because he did not hold up to his end of the bargin.
I would have a problem with Jackson having those children because of his accusations of pedophilia. Now, like it or not, he admitted himself he loves to sleep with young boys and if you don't find that pretty danged weird for a grown man, I don't know what would. He paid 20 million to that first boy and that's one heck of a lot just to silence someone. Those kids walking around with masks and blankets over their head is nutty. They would have ended up as squirrely as Jackson was.
Katerine Jackson will most likely die herself within the next few years. She's crowding 80 so what happens when she dies and these kids get to go thru this all over again? I'm really surprised none of the brothers or sisters requested custody. Katerines age will really go against her. She could die tomorrow, herself.
