Dealer knows what about -What?

have a 1999jaguar that i"m tring to get inspected  Was told by dealer ECM was bad.Had it changed.Took car back to get ECM programed to keys.Get car back and same 4 sensors ,o2 sensor heater circuitmal. banks 1 and 2.Dealer said checked all four and good signal out.Whats going on?

don't settle they diaognosed it fixed it and u keep taking it back now till they get it right. honestly i hate when i read these stories, dont let them do this to you.
