Hey, I actually live in Cheyenne, here's what happened: after shooting Robin at Old Chicago, he fled the scene. There was a massive man-hunt for him but he hadn't been captured. He had the rifle when he left, and killed himself when the police began to close in.
He wrote his last will and testament on some plates and a box. This information was released to our local paper today, but the police are still waiting for ballistics information.
