Actually she doesn't ask for anything and is constantly reassuring me that she is happy just being able to spend time with me. I am the one who is bothered most by not being able to spoil her a bit. She is so understanding and sweet about it, it almost makes me want to treat her to nice things and dates even more! Unfortunately since I live in Israel, Christmas lights aren't really an option, but I think you have made a great suggestion and I will go with something similar and romantic. In the meantime if anyone else has more ideas of how to be romantic on a tight budget I would really appreciate it. Thanks
