Very hard to know by the very few details you gave.  It can be that he is a nice boss, it can be that he is giving special attention to you, and yes it can be that he likes you... Please don't run to quick conclusions.  Your dreams are part of what you think and wish to happen.   Time will probably tell you if hw likes you or not (and you can "help" it a bit by "creating" the right situations for him).  I hope that he is not married ! (and if he is than better run away, you play with explossives).

Actions speak louder than words.  Are there other actions that this man does to indicate further that he likes you?  Does he go out of his way in other instances to be around you or be considerate of you?  If not, it may be that the two of you are simply engaged in a little enjoyable flirtation.  Give it more time to discover if this is passing fancy on both your parts or if you really like each other.  After all, there's no rush considering you see each other every day.
