Date for filing for Texas probate has passed. How to get heirship transferred to survivors.

How to get heirship transferred to survivors. Four year window has passed to file will in Texas probate. All siblings named equally in will. No contest. Deceased left no debt, only residence. At that time it was valued @ $70,000...has lost value in this economy. Single sibling is/has been living in the house. All siblings contribute equally to taxes and insurance. Current. How can we get property transferred into our names at this late date?
