It may mean something or it may mean nothing.

But if she is playing games on you, or trying to prod something out of you by leaving you guessing, it is probably time to find someone who will not play games on you or leave you guessing.

Only the worst kind of bitter disaster can come from games.  If she is playing them, leave quietly by the back way, don't bother to say goodbye, change your phone number, email address, advise your boss that she may be around to ruin your career with all sorts of viciopus lies, and that may only be the start of it.  The only thing you could do worse is to get further involved.
