Daily life in Britain

Language is easy, it's English and you probably already have your ways of learning English, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to write here .

For the rest of it, I suggest you start by looking into any site you find interesting, and gradually learn more about different topics, because "Britain" is too big to explain in simple terms.

Good for a start, but mostly defines middle-England and Londoners. The UK is such a diverse place that it helps if you look at each country in its own, i.e. Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, and Wales, as the long history of the British Isles have given it much depth.

Look for any websites for Liverpool, Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Cardiff, Edinburgh, and you will get a better idea of the differences in the people, history, and culture.

In my opinion understanding regular peoples life is a good point of view of the culture , I think the best way to do it is read British blogs on politics , sports whatever they write about then this will help you get acquainted with language, opinions etc.
