bwild888,  It' because you don't live close enough to a dsl tower to pick up the signal.

I can't get it either, although neighbors about 2 blocks from me have it.  When I called, I was told that it was because of the type of telephone cable that was put in when our subdivision was built.  Since we only have 40 houses in our subdivision, and only part of them probably would want DSL, AT&T  refuses to rewire us.   You might call whomever supplies the DSL lines and ask them. I hope Anna's and my answers will help you.
