A:for some people, its best for them to buy the body only and buy a separate lens. This is only if you have enough money to spend. But if you are in a tight budget. Getting the kit lens is always a good idea. When i was on assignment and i was tasked to shoot this really old refinery, i was trying to focus on some old gate valves and trusses..its kinda far from me and i just realized i should have a longer lens.
