DRM Plugins on Firefox? Huh?

I had a problem with Firefox and I needed to check what plugings are installed, so I typed about:plugins in the address bar and found that I have Microsoft DRM plugins. How did they get there? Are they a part of Windows Xp, or did they get installed when I upgraded to Windows Media Player 11?

It's been a part of Windows Media Player since version 9 I think, and you really shouldn't worry about it. You can try removing it, but I'm not sure WMP will keep working normally. You just have to delete the dll files.

How can you get the drm add-on for fire-fox beta? When installing, Mozilla says the file is incomplete or corrupted. I have try multiple plug-ins and none work. Any Suggestions?
