DMX speeding or drinking?

Was DMX (Earl Simmons) DUI'ing as well as speeding? Did the police find evidence of alcohol or drugs in his blood?

DMX pleaded guilty to the DUI charges that were made against him. He was on Valium at the time (before arriving at the JFK New York airport). Authorities said he crashed his SUV through a toll gate, then claimed he was an FBI agent and tried to drag another driver from his parked car. He was facing a 7 year sentence, but got off on a one year conditional discharge (conditional on him staying out of trouble for the year). Another condition was that he had to give up his SUV, but he has 33 other cars so I think he will be okay.
