DIY oilcloth

How do you make "oilcloth"? Let me clarify that it's not the "real" oilcloth made with linseed oil. I thought Tipnut.com was the site that had originally posted a video on making your own oilcloth using plastic wrap and fabric. Help!! Can't seem to find this tutorial anywhere.
