Its more of a proper eating plan that resets your hgh levels. It works really well, but is VERY strict but it does teach you proper foods and portions. Its hard at first but works well. It is a 12 week program that you can extend to 24 if needed.
I'm on week 8 and have lost over 20 lbs and I'm a "slow" loser!
