Heh heh. NO such thing as a good DIET. Diets don't work. You need to change and/or adapt your lifestyle habits in order to lose weight. Simply changing what foods you eat doesn't stop the habit you have. If you over-eat, or eat late at night, or you are a snacker, then changin the type of food you eat will not guarantee you weight loss.
