A:I would imagine it has something to do with the weight of the water, i don't know the answer for sure but i would imagine a 747 full of water is bloody heavy, i know it's a big plane. Then when it's half full...i'm talking about the way the water moves about on the plane, balast yeah. This is not an answer, just an opinion. I will watch and see.
